Maple Systems have three Invu Certified Engineers ensuring your implementation goes smoothly.
Each engineer has had to sit four separate exams to attain the ICE accreditation to cater for all of your support, install and training needs.
To back up this expertise, we have access to the support desk at Invu for any issues that cannot be fixed on a ‘first call’ basis.
Meet the engineers
Stuart Gregg. Stuart has been with Maple systems for 18 months now. He has brought over 10 years of Document Management experience being responsible for project management installation / tailoring and roll out of document management systems. Trained to train the Document Management end users and operated the Support Desk.
Dave Cherry. Dave's role within Maple Systems sees him providing desktop and network support as well as rolling out installations for customers. Document management so impressed Dave that he actually volunteered to train as an Invu Certified Engineer supporting all aspects of the system.
Richard Fielding. Working alongside Dave, Richard is responsible for network and desktop support not only for Maple, but for its customers. Recently Rich has implemented Websense Internet usage monitoring system in-house and is rolling it out to a number of external customers. Rich managed to achieve a score of 100% in one of his Invu exams sat.
